Most jobs can be completed in 10 working days. Larger jobs may take longer and time frames will be quoted in specific cases.
Derksen Printers accepts files from most common graphic programs. Please contact us before sending us your files. As the desktop environment is extremely variable, all files are subject to our previewing them and if they require work to become acceptable, an hourly fee will be applied. Please feel free to contact us for technical information. All pricing is based on acceptable files to our specifications.
A color proof is available for all jobs. On smaller less complicated jobs a pdf or a fax proofs may be the only proof supplied if all parties agree.
No job will be printed without customer approval.
New accounts require 50% deposit with order; balance net 30 days on approved credit application.
All jobs net 30 days from date of service. A 2% per month service charge may be applied on overdue accounts.
Interac, Visa and Mastercard will also be accepted.
Sustainable Printing - We use recycled papers and environmentally friendly inks to reducing printable waste and to recycle where ever possible. We continue to educate our staff, suppliers and customers about our commitment to the environment and promote awareness and accountability on environmental issues. Paper products are highly recyclable, and toward this end we recycle all of our paper waste, and purchase recycled paper wherever possible.
