   Derksen Printers would be pleased to quote on your printing requirements. Run lengths from 250 up to 100,000 are standard for Derksen Printers.

Presses: • 16 unit Goss cold web press;
                   4 webs - 4 color
             • 20x26 - 4 color sheet fed
             • 20x29 - 2 color perfector
             • 2 - 11.5x17.5 - single color
 
TIME FRAMES
   Most jobs can be completed in 10 working days. Larger jobs may take longer and time frames will be quoted in specific cases.

DESIGN, ART AND TYPE
   Derksen Printers accepts files from most common graphic programs.
Please contact us before sending us your files. As the desktop environment is extremely variable, all files are subject to our previewing them and if they require work to become acceptable, an hourly fee will be applied. Please feel free to contact us for technical information. All pricing is based on acceptable files to our specifications.

COLOR SEPARATIONS
   If you should desire to provide your own separations, it is critical you contact our technical department to be aware of our requirements. We do not recommend you provide scans from a standard desktop scanner. If you wish to supply your own scans for the finished product we will require a release. We highly recommend that we be allowed to replace your low end scans with our high end scans. Any special color changes, cropping or image manipulation must be clearly marked. Color is subjective. As such, we cannot guarantee an exact match but will provide pleasing color. Quotes are available.

PROOFING
   A blue line and/or color key is available for all jobs. On smaller less complicated jobs a fax proof may be the only proof supplied if all parties agree. No job will be printed without customer approval.
 

IMPRINTING OR REMOVAL OF INFORMATION DURING RUN
   Derksen Printers will do split runs.

BINDERY
   Folding; cutters; laminating; perfect binding books; spiral binding books; sewing hard cover books; stitch & trim.

ADDITIONAL PROCESSES
   Scoring, perforating, die cutting, hole drilling etc. are available but must be individually quoted.

PACKAGING
   All products are shrink wrapped and/or boxed. Special packaging required in specific quantities can be provided at an additional fee.

MAILING SERVICES AVAILABLE
   Inkjet labeling available from your mailing lists. Please check with us for mailing parameters.

PAYMENT
   New accounts require 50% deposit with order; balance net 30 days on approved credit application.
All jobs net 30 days from date of service. A 2% per month service charge will be applied on overdue accounts.
Interac, Visa and Mastercard will also be accepted.
